In the event that your order is out of stock, you will be contacted as to availability. You may then choose to cancel the order or wait until the product is available. Coupons must be redeemed at the time of sale. No adjustments to prior sales will be made.

All watches are covered by manufacturers warranty unless otherwise specified. Warranty is for one year. All repairs must be returned to the manufacturer. Shipping is not refundable. You may return any watch to us that is damaged or non-functional for a period of 7 days after purchase for replacement only. All returns must have return authorization number. Returns without authorization will be refused. Any watch that is found to be undamaged or in good working order, will be returned to the purchaser at the purchasers expense, or a credit towards future purchases issued, or a 20% re-stocking fee will be charged at our discretion and the cost to us of any free shipping provided will be charged. After 7 days time, all repairs must go to the manufacturer as per the warranty. Because we deal directly with the manufacturer, we can only return defective merchandise to them. These are not approval sales. We cannot take non-defective returns because we can no longer sell them as new. We do not issue cash refunds.

My Time is Your Time relies on the manufacturers descriptions for our watch listings. My Time is Your Time is not responsible for errors made by the manufacturer in it's descriptions of individual products. Any variances are the responsibility of the manufacturer, and not My Time is Your Time.The manufacturer will not accept returns in good working order. This keeps all of the merchandise new. You will never be sent a factory renewed watch or return. Only brand new watches are ever shipped to the public.

Automatic and mechanical watches, by their very nature, may run fast or slow and require adjustment. This is not a defect and is the responsibility of the purchaser. My Time is Your Time cannot make any adjustments in price, or take as a return any watch that just needs ordinary time adjustments.

For international shipments, all taxes, duties or other fees not included in the shipping rate, are the responsibility of the purchaser. If possible, all international shipments will be insured. We try to ship in the most cost effective manner which will provide tracking of the shipment. UPS will track shipments internationally, but the cost is prohibitive(over $50.00 to most countries). Therefore, all international shipments are sent by US Postal service insured to countries that the USPS insures or via UPS to Canada only. All shipments are at the buyers risk. We pack and address carefully, but we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments unless insured.

The purchaser agrees that merchandise lost or damaged in transit is not the fault of NSR and Associates Inc, or Mytimeisyourtime.com. Proof of shipment will be our sole obligation to the buyer. Buyer releases us from any financial obligation in the case of loss or damage. Buyer agrees that all disputes are subject to arbitration in Suffolk County, New York which shall be the sole jurisdiction. Free shipping is only available in the Continental US, and we reserve the right to withdraw this offer at anytime. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. This applies to all returns, exchanges or repairs.

All checks must clear before merchandise is shipped. This can take up to 10 days. All checks must be drawn on US Banks only. No exceptions. Orders over $500 must be paid by Certified check, cash or US Postal Service money order. Checks must be in the exact amount of the purchase. We will not issue cash refunds for over-payments by check.

Suitability of a specific watch must be determined by the consumer before purchase. Some people are not active enough to maintain the "charge" of an automatic watch. We will not accept returns for this reason. Purchase of any item from this site indicates acceptance of all of our policies by the customer.
